<p>Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is the most commonly diagnosed gastrointestinal condition that reduces patients' quality of life. It has multifactorial etiology. Nowadays it thought more than one etiologic factor may contribute to heterogeneous symptoms IBS. Crossed fused ectopic kidney a where both kidneys are situated on side and drain bilaterally into urinary bladder. Most often, discovered by chance when evaluating another illness. A drum-shaped bulge was in descending colon an 18-year-old girl during examination protracted period abnormal habits form diarrhea, with normal overlying mucosa. On additional examination, abdominal CT scan revealed she had left renal ectopia empty right fossa.
